With reference to the above mentioned subject, this is to inform you that this office hereby grant you Provisional NOC for the proposed sub-division of land of bearing Sy. No. 71/1 ol village Cuncolim based on the technical clearance order dated 5/4/2021 referred above issued by Town and Country Planning Department. subject to the following conditions:
1. Applicant shall obey all the condition laid by the office of the Town and Country Planning Department in the Technical Clearance Order.
2. Applicant shall submit the land conversion Sanad before commencement of development work of the land. 3. Applicant should submit the N.O.C's required from concerned departments i.e. Water supply department, Electricity department, Forest department and other concerned departments before commencement of work.
4. Applicant shall not disturbed any natural flow water.
5. Applicant shall not block/close traditional access, if any.
6. Roads, open space and drains has to be developed before applying for final NOC.
7. Development in the plot shall be strictly governed as per the rules in force i.e. as per GLBBLR 2010.
8. All sub-division road shall be treated as public roads unless the development remains under the joint ownership of the owners of the plots or with a society duly registered under the Societies Registration Act.
9. The NOC is liable to be revoked if it is based on false information/ wrong plan Calculation/documentation are found to be incorrect or wrong at any stage.
10. The open spaces shall be properly developed before applying for Final NOC.
11. The recreational open space/spaces shown on the plan are for the use of the residents of the plots of the sub-divided land.
12. In case of any title dispute and/or complaints, the permission holder shall be
solely responsible to settle the same and the Chief Officer and/or the official of this council shall be kept indemnified forever against any civil and/or
criminal liability.
13. The applicant shall be solely responsible for safety of workers, staff and all concerned working at site and the Chief Officer and/or the official of this council shall be kept indemnified forever against any civil and/or criminal liability.
14. In case of any false statement, concealment and/or misrepresentation noted
at any point of time, the permission is liable to be revoked and the permission holder shall not to entitled for any relief or compensation.
